Why Are We Here
We are here to support the proper growth and development of children, both while they are learning at school and during all other activities they participate in after school.
As a dedicated team of physiotherapists with many years of experience, we focus on helping children adopt correct body postures and develop healthy habits that will benefit them throughout their lives.
By guiding children to maintain proper alignment and movement patterns, we positively influence their overall health, physical development, and well-being.

HOW WE HELP SCHOOLS
We partner with schools at every level of education to support the healthy growth and development of children. For preschool children (ages 3–6), we focus on establishing foundational postural habits and basic movement skills that are crucial during this rapid growth phase. In primary schools (ages 7–14), we help students maintain proper posture during long hours of sitting and encourage physical activity to support musculoskeletal development. For secondary school students (ages 15–18), we address the challenges of prolonged sedentary behavior and the physical changes of adolescence, promoting habits that prevent pain and support lifelong health.
